QPQ技術適用于碳鋼、合金結構鋼、各類不鏽鋼、工模具鋼、鑄鐵及鐵基粉末冶金等材料。該技術可代替多種熱處理工藝和防腐蝕工藝,如表面淬火、薄層滲碳、氣體氮化、離子氮化、镀铬、镀镍、镀鋅、發黑等工藝。

QPQ technology is suitable for carbon steel, alloy structural steel, all kinds of stainless steel, die steel, cast iron, iron-based powder metallurgy and other materials. This technology can replace many kinds of heat treatment and anti-corrosion processes, such as surface quenching, thin layer carburizing, gas nitriding, ion nitriding, chromium plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, blackening and so on.
