QPQ處理技術,它是Quench-Polish-Quench的縮寫形式。是指將黑色金屬零件放入兩種性質不同的鹽浴中,通過多種元素滲入金屬表面形成複合滲層,從而達到使零件表面改性的目的。它沒有經過淬火,但達到了表面淬火的效果,因此國內外稱之爲QPQ。QPQ處理是一種複合處理技術, 將熱處理與防腐蝕處理一次完成,處理溫度低,時間短,能同時提高零件表面硬度、耐磨性和抗蝕性,減少摩擦系數,變形小,無公害。具有優化加工工序,縮短生産周期,降低生産成本的優點,得到衆多廠家的認可和贊譽,像美國GE、GM公司、德國大衆、奔馳、日本豐田、本田等一些******的跨國公司,均大量采用。此技術被國內外熱處理行業認爲是金屬表面強化技術領域內的巨大進展,把它稱之爲一種冶金學領域內革命性新技術。
